How can I return a product after it has been ordered?
You must e-mail us at returns@getcompression.com to receive a return
authorization #. Orders must be sent back to us within 30 days of
receiving the product to avoid paying a restocking fee. If the item(s)
are returned within the proper time period and unopened, you will have
the option of receiving a full refund (minus shipping fees or our actual
shipping cost) or store credit. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged
for all returns not meeting the time requirement listed above; and no
items will be accepted for return after 60 days. If you have an exchange
for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, we should be able
to waive any additional shipping cost. We do not accept used or washed products for return unless prior authorization is granted.
Once you have a return
authorization #, clearly mark this number on the
package. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable
method to the address below. If you decide to not insure or use a
track-able service and the item is lost, we will not be able to provide
refunds or return credit.
